1. Product Features:This product is an aluminum-titanium intermediate alloy containing 10% titanium. It is used for the addition of titanium or grain refinement in aluminum alloy smelting. The addition temperature is low and the loss of titanium element is small.
This product produces a large amount of dispersed TiAl3 high melting point particles in the aluminum liquid. When solidified, they act as external nucleation to refine the grain structure, thereby improving the strength and plasticity of the aluminum or casting and improving the comprehensive mechanical properties.
2. Usage:
Dry before use;
Adding temperature: 720 ° C ~ 760 ° C;
The amount of this product added: according to the actual calculation and test by itself;
Adding method: Raise the temperature to the required temperature, pry the scum, put the product into the aluminum liquid lightly, stir evenly, let stand for 20 to 30 minutes, and stir evenly before pouring.
3. Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place, protected from moisture.
